Women make sure you wear a bra, sports bras or ok. Bring a book or reading material as you will be waiting most of the day. Bring snacks or a light bag lunch if you like but MEPS will provide you all meals for the time you're there. You will have an extremely long day. Make sure you get adequate rest the night prior.
